Orders & shipping
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is $4.95 (5–8 business days) and express is $12.95 (2–3 business days). Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Some destinations may be excluded for powder/chemical items due to carrier restrictions.
All prices on this site are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD), wherever you are in the world.
Your card statement will show ANDREWSPH STORE. This is the trading name of ANDREWS PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD.
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unopened items in their original, resaleable condition. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cleaning/descaling chemical products and consumable hygiene items cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product has been opened. Faulty items are always covered by your statutory rights.
Email support@andrewsph.shop with your order number and we'll guide you through it. For non-faulty returns the buyer covers return postage; for faulty or incorrect items we cover it.
Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Products & safety
Our range is mechanical-first — tools that clean by abrasion without chemicals. The only chemical we sell is a gentle, plant-derived citric acid descaler, which is readily biodegradable. We do not sell strong acids, alkalis or bleach.
No. Our products are for cleaning, descaling and shining surfaces. They are not disinfectants, sanitisers or medicines, and we make no antibacterial, antiviral or germ-killing claims.
Keep all chemical products out of reach of children, use in a ventilated area, avoid eye contact, and never mix cleaning products together. Full safety guidance is on each product and on our Product Safety page.
Bulk & trade
Yes. Cleaning companies, holiday-let hosts, property managers and hotels can request trade pricing through our Bulk & Trade page. We'll send a tailored quote within two business days.
