1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Options & costs
- Standard — $4.95, 5–8 business days.
- Express — $12.95, 2–3 business days.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50.00.
Delivery estimates are from dispatch and may vary by destination and customs processing.
3. Destinations
We ship worldwide. Please note that certain destinations may be excluded for shipping of chemical/powder products (such as our citric descaler) due to carrier and customs restrictions. If we cannot ship a restricted item to your location, we will let you know and refund that item.
4. Duties & taxes
For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival by your local authorities. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
5. Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel is delayed, contact us at support@andrewsph.shopand we'll investigate with the carrier and put things right.
