1. Our safety promise
Our range is mechanical-first: most products clean by abrasion and contain no chemicals at all. The only chemical product we sell is a gentle, plant-derived citric acid descaler.
- We do not sell strong acids, alkalis, or bleach.
- We make no disinfectant, sanitiser, antibacterial, antiviral or germ-killing claims.
- Our products are for cleaning, descaling and shining only — they are not medicines or biocides.
2. General safe use
- Keep all cleaning products out of reach of children and pets.
- Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with water.
- Do not ingest. Not for consumption.
- Never mix cleaning products together.
- Wash hands after use and store products securely.
3. Eco citric descaler
Our citric descaler is based on plant-derived citric acid and is readily biodegradable. When using it:
- Follow the dosing guidance on the pack.
- Dissolve in warm water; avoid prolonged skin contact.
- Rinse treated surfaces thoroughly after use.
- Reseal the pouch and store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
4. Tools & brushes
Inspect tools before use, rinse and dry them after cleaning, and replace worn heads or pads. Use the right tool for the surface to avoid scratching delicate finishes — test on a small area first if unsure.
