2. Products & descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly. Our products are cleaning and descaling tools intended for household and trade cleaning use only. They are not disinfectants, sanitisers or medicines, and we make no antibacterial or germ-killing claims.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown and charged in USD and include applicable taxes where stated; import duties may apply on some international orders. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment providers. Your card statement will show ANDREWSPH STORE. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order in such cases, with a full refund.
4. Orders & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order (for example if an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped to your location), in which case we will refund any payment taken.
5. Shipping
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Some destinations may be excluded for certain powder/chemical items due to carrier restrictions.
